Can't change colors for annotation depth graph

Load A thal. Make depth graph from TAIR10. Drag depth graph below the TAIR10 track. Change color of depth graph in graph tab, in track tab (right click >customize).

This should change the color of depth and should not change the position of the graph. In the reported bug, the color was not changing and the graph used to shift to the starting position.
