Description
This may depend on whether user has changed the window size or used the vertical zoomer
When I opened the human genome (hg19) and zoomed-in by click-dragging over the axis, I noticed that the cytobands were covered by a red bar.
Once I zoomed in and loaded sequence, I ran a search for sequences on the plus and minus strand and observed that the pink and green bars obscured the coordinate numbers.
See attached.

Fixed in r13613.
Along with the fix, please check that coordinate track does not break when moving around. Also check that you can select everything in it.
