using bookmark leaves track background gray

            Description

            Make a bookmark. Close IGB. Open IGB (without resetting) and immediately open bookmark. When opened, the track loads but the
            track background is gray, indicating that the regions is unloaded.

                  The given Bookmark Link does not work and IGB works fine with the Bookmark which I have created in r11888

                  Passed V.13751, Mac, Java 1.7.0_09

                  All bookmarks tested (5) with a number of graphs, bams, and annotation files loaded from saved bookmark without issue.
                  All data loaded from bookmark without having to click 'Load Data'
