      Description

Complicated bookmarks with a large amount of data files take a while to load, but if you click the bookmark, it just feels like IGB freezes up, while behind the scenes all of the data sources are connected to and data files are loaded in. Rather than give the user that sensation of "What is going on? Is it frozen?" can we get a progress bar to show that IGB is at least doing something?

            Passed V.13758, Mac, Java 1.7.0_09

Tested with 9 different tracks including graphs, bam files, etc. Candy striped white and grey progress bar appears on bottom left of window along with a red circle with a line through it to cancel the request. There is text displaying what is being loaded next to the progress bar.
