Gff file doesn't loads correctly

            Description

            1. Right click file NC_000913.gff.ftploc (attached) in a new window

            2. When you click on new window it will tell you that this is a binary file: save this file to desktop. Drag into IGB.

            3. The file should load without error. Previously there have been error like "Multiple CDS regions with distinct IDs and a shared parent have been detected in a GFF3 file".

            Testing Results:
            Sept 21, 2010 - Alyssa Gulledge

            Version 6.3.1 (6884) problem seems to be fixed. Several .gff loaded without error.

                  unable to add it to IGB
                  showing error message "Format not recognized for file: File-NC_000913.gff (3).ftploc"

                  but am able to load other gff files finely.

                  NC_000913.gff.zip still works fine with no errors.
                  Other .gff files tried as well.
