Double-clicking on single-span features problem

Test Case Description:
1. Open IGB.

2. Choose "Arabidopsis thaliana" and genome version as "A_thaliana_Jun_2009".

3. Choose datasource as "Bioviz (Quickload))", expand the source and check "TAIR9 ALL" and choose the load mode as "whole genome".

4. Double click on the smaller-sized, single-span features in order to zoom in on them.

5. The feature should be zoomed in and should be placed in center of the screen, such that it should be completely visible and there should be no need to adjust the horizontal scroll to view it completely.
