Drag Selecting of reads with gaps is causing some kind of bug

            Description

            When drag selecting reads with no gap, no problem. Drag selecting reads with a gap causes IGB to lock up and the "cpu usage" shoots up to 370% on my laptop - but nothing happens.

                  tested drag select, shift+drag select (solid and gapped). Tested deselecting dragged or shift selected. Tested selecting from different directions. Everything appears to work.
