      Description

I selected the final CDS in this gene model, but IGB does not report the true length of the CDS. Instead, it reports the length of the exon.

Instead, IGB should report the start, end, strand, length of the item I have selected, not the parent.

the start and end numbers are presented comma-separated. The new cds numbers are NOT - make them comma separated as well please.

now the length of CDS is missing from the individual exons, although it is correct for the full length model.

Cds start/end is property of the whole model.
In case of exon cds start/end is same as start and end of exon.

What about the "mixed" exons - the end exons where you can select either the CDS/thick section OR the UTR/thin section... the thin section (which is generally the WHOLE exon) ALSO contains the CDS start/stop within it - I think that is what Ann was talking about. If you select thick, then yes, start and stop covers both, but selecting the thing should give full length AND CDS length.
