Inconsistency in loading sequence

            Description

            If a local file is loaded as reference sequence then user has to click on load data to load the sequence compared to other case where user always click on load sequence to load the sequence.

                  Fixed in r14279.

                  Now in all cases user will be able to click load sequence to load the sequence.
