Renaming a .WIG file track sustains after refresh

            Description

            1. Launch IGB

            2. Load a wig file from local disk, click refresh data

            3. Now rename the wig file's track (right-click track label, choose Change Display Name, and type in a new name, e.g., FOO

            4. Zoom out or pan to a new region, click Refresh Data

            5. Note that the display name should not revert to the original name (the name of the file)

            Tested, and found that it works fine. Test passed.

                  any wig file set to region in view... (Example: http://genoviz.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/genoviz/trunk/genometryImpl/test/data/wiggle/wig_test_file5.wig)

                  Steps to reproduce:
                  1. Load the file, but do not change the load mode. Rename the track.
                  2. Click load data (Note: not new data will be loaded since the region in view has not changed)
                  3. Notice the name has been changed back to the original name.
