      Description

We found this bug during the WiNGS workshop but cannot reproduce constantly.

Most likely it was related to 'Clamp to View' and 'Lock Track Height(Pixels)', as one time we loaded the 2 tracks from attached bookmark:

      1. Lock one of them
      2. Select Clamp to View
      3. Unlock the one in step #1
      4. Lock the other track
      5. Unselect Clamp to View
      6. Zoom out

Then we observed the unloaded data area background changed to black (originally gray).

Please play with these 2 tracks on lock & clamp to see if you reproduce this bug constantly.

this only loaded one track. Please adjust bookmark link or add a second to get second track in

Ok - the black background ONLY happens to tracks with Load Mode of "genome". If you delete and reload TAIR10 with load mode set to Manual, it doesn't do this blackout thing. But if you then change it to genome, it shows the bug.

Also, the initial lock is unnecessary, as are most of those tracks.

            To reproduce:
            1. Open A thal. Allow refGene to load (auto set to "genome")
            2. Zoom in and load in any second track (leave as "manual")
            3. set clamp to view. Set a lock on either track while clamp to view is on.
            4. Take off clamp to view, and zoom out. See that any track set to "genome" turns black.

            An easier way is:

            1. Load a BED track at any zoom in level (not necessary to be whole genome)
            2. Zoom in a little and clamp to view
            3. Lock this track and un-clamp to view
