Start and Stop green and red boxes appear OUTSIDE of the sequence if an individual exon is selected

            Description

            open A thal, tair 10. Got to AT1G54080.1
            select the 2nd exon from left. Observe red stop codon in viewer, outside of sequence.
            Go to any other multi-exon gene and click the exon just before the last or just after the first - the red and green boxes appear in the image (see attached pictures)
