View>Clamp does not stay clamped if new data is added;

            It should stay clamped no matter what until the Unclamp function is used.

                  If you have clamped a region of three genes, and you zoom in on one gene, then load a new file (from desktop or quickload so far) IGB "reclamps" to ONLY what is in the main view when the new file is loaded - you can no longer scroll to the other 2 genes, or zoom out to the original clamped region..
