              Testing for this issue included verifying that the arrow ends to signify translation direction were present where they should be. I also made sure that changing window size and zoom level did not affect the display of these arrows.I also turned off the arrow look through the annotation tab in IGB to see if this affected the display in ProtAnnot.

              Since this issue is resolved it will now be closed.
