      Description

IGB displays a grey bar wherever a user has loaded the sequence using the "Load Sequence" button.

But also, even before a user has loaded the sequence they can zoom in very far (almost as far as IGB can allow) and there is also a grey bar that is visible underneath the coordinates axis.

If you zoom in further you will see many hyphens where nucleotides would be if the sequence is loaded.

We should examine the purpose of this "empty" grey bar that is visible at high-zoom levels underneath the coordinates axis because this could cause confusion for the user; it seems that the sequence has been loaded when this grey bar is present even though it actually has not been.
