"Making a File for Probe Set Visualization" - Add Documentation

            Description

            An IGB user has communicated a need to visualize probe set information in IGB. Currently the probe set information is not available so I have created a task separate from this one to serve as a reminder for us to add the appropriate probe set information.

            This story was created to serve as a reminder to add a page in the documentation that explains how to make a file for probe set visualization in IGB.
