right-click on whitespace fails if SHIFT key depressee

            Description

            If a user right-clicks or CNTRL-clicks whitespace in main data display while also depressing the SHIFT key, the track context menu should appear - same as when user CNTRL-SHIFT-clicks the track label.

            The "Save Selected Features As File" option in track context menu requires the user to have selected on or more annotations in the main display area. To use this feature, we CNRL-SHIFT-click (or SHIFT right-click) on a label and then select the "Save Selected Features As File" option in the context menu.
