Sequence viewer is outlining non-"ATG" start codons for many Papaya gene models

      Description

Version noticed: 8.2 (on most recent version of Papaya genome)

While testing I noticed something weird going on in the most recent version of the papaya genome.

When I examine many of the gene models using the sequence viewer I see start codons outlined in green that are not “ATG”. I have seen “TTT”, “GGG”, and “CAC” to name a few.

It also seems that there are no untranslated regions for these gene models, so maybe the start of translation is not defined in the data and so IGB’s sequence viewer is just outlining the first codon it can.

We should examine this further to see if it a problem with IGB or a problem with the data source (or maybe this is to be expected for some odd reason).
