            Hello, I am ucrrently working on the Solanum tuberosum transcriptome and would be very useful if you have the genome and the transcriptome available to the whole user community.

                  This should not be too hard to setup, but would you mind sending me a link for the genome assembly sequence and also for a GFF (or BED) file with the genome model annotations you'd like to see in IGB?
