Cannot load bigWig files IGB 9.1.0

Response when trying to load any bigWig file is:
IGB is unable to load the data in your file.
Error message: Provider "C" not found.
More information etc....
I am attaching a bigWig example. The files were loaded OK in previous versions of IGB.
