      Description

      Dear recipient,

I have recently been having a problem opening the IGB on my Macbook Pro. I just download the software, install it and then it stops at confirmation window.
Can you please help me with the problem?

      Thanks

Problem was this line was commented in bioviz.org ssh configuration file ssl.conf:

            • SSLCertificateChainFile /etc/pki/tls/certs/server-chain.crt

Ansible playbook role "apache" was uploading the certificate and placing it in the correct location, but apache was not using it. Hence, IGB requested the user to agree to communicate with the host. However, for some reason, the dialog shown to the user was not clickable. It was empty. To get out of this, the user had to "force quit" IGB.

I was able to reproduce this on an Apple MacBook exactly once.

Another user on Windows 10 computer had a similar issue, but her dialog box actually had some text on it. The dialog was also unclickable.
