Hi,
having troubles again with very light IGB sessions. Only Arabidopsis genes and some bed files loaded and it crashes.
When do you think this will be solved?
Thanks in advance,
Joana

Thanks for the feedback!
However, I need to be able to recreate the event here in the lab in order to diagnose it. Can you give me all the information you can about this such as, is this the A. thal genome on the official IGB quickload servers or is it a custom one? The steps you are taking to create the event and a copy of the bed files you are opening could help reproduce the event.
Thanks!
