      Hi,

having troubles again with very light IGB sessions. Only Arabidopsis genes and some bed files loaded and it crashes.

When do you think this will be solved?

      Thanks in advance,

            Thanks for the feedback!

However, I need to be able to recreate the event here in the lab in order to diagnose it. Can you give me all the information you can about this such as, is this the A. thal genome on the official IGB quickload servers or is it a custom one? The steps you are taking to create the event and a copy of the bed files you are opening could help reproduce the event.

            Thanks!

            Hi,

is the "all genes" and the "transposable elements" of the official IGB quickload.
The bed files are not yet published yet, so I have to discuss with the PI. When I open the 9 files and the genes/TEs everything goes smoothly, but once I click load data (up at the right) it just blocks. Some days this doesn't happen and others it's just impossible to load anything. Especially in the afternoon (GMT +1).

            Best,

            Joana

            Hi all,

I'm sending you these unpublished files so you can recreate the events, together with the genome files of A. thaliana (TAIR10 genome, "all genes" and the "transposable elements" of the official IGB quickload)

            Thanks in advance,

            Joana

            Quick question:

Do you want the regions in the “bed” files to be displayed as a graph or as individual blocks?

            Hi all,

            these as blocks.
Many times I also load gr files to see as graphs.
This time I was making it easy just to see if the problem was too many files or not.

            Best,

            Joana
