Test edge matching on variety of data type

            Description

            To fix the parent issue, a minor change to edge match had to be done. This can potentially introduce bug in edge match.

            Potential bug could be finding edge match on unwanted glyphs or just not find edge match on wanted glyph.

                tested on bed, alignments, probes. Highlighted with increase and decrease in track height to see if marks remain. Color change; show hide. Various selections, etc. Everything looked normal.
