Pref > Shortcuts: Remove check box in toolbar column for actions that do not have an icon

            Description

            Windows v 11941

            There are several actions that do not have a icon, but I can still click the check box in the 'Toolbar?' next to the action. When I reopen IGB it has no icon in the toolbar for the action, since there is not one, but it has a tiny little dot (attached photo dot.png).
