      Description

      Windows v11840

I attached a picture from IGB 6.7 showing when I click a gene there is a red border around it. That is currently not working on TEST.

It works in 'Sliced View', but not in main view

On windows (but not mac) selecting the glyph nearest to the coordinate axis has problems - the red border nearest the axis is not shown... the two edges and the further-away border are fine, but the near border does not show

Only happens in a '2 track' situation. When combined the problem goes away

          Tried one/two track on Mac/Windows.
          Still cannot reproduce.

The start window size in both Mac and Windows shows this - in other words, the glyph is right up against the coordinate axis, so the red border collides with the coordinate axis (and 'loses out' so that it does not show in preference for the coordinate axis).

In mac, as you zoom vertically OR as you make the window bigger, more space is filled in between the glyph and the axis edge, so that the red border has room to show through.

In windows though, the glyph stays pretty tight to the axis, so that the red border on that edge never does quite show up...

This may be a 'will not fix' but I at least wanted to report it, since it is more apparent in windows.

No matter how much vertical space is assigned, when number of tiers increases, it would happen again.
