correct default styles not being set for GTF

            Description

            To enable Galaxy users to view output from Cufflinks transcript assembly program, IGB should support visualization of cufflinks gtf.

            Currently, it does, but the style defaults are not being set correctly.

            The label field should be "ID" the strand should be "Arrow"

            See attached for an example file.
