Description
I had track split into to two tiers. I collapsed one tier (clicked the little [-]). That tier collapsed, and the little box changed from [-] to [+], which is good. The other tier did not collapse but the little box still changed from [-] to [+]. So I had a non-collapsed tier showing the [+] option.
When I clicked this [+], both boxes changed from [+] to [-], but otherwise the click had no effect.
When I clicked the newly made [-] box, it collapsed the second tier.
The [-]/[+] box is toggled for both tiers, but the actual collapsed/expanded state is only toggled for the one I click.
