Track List and Data Management Table match each other better

          Description

          Make the Track List table (in the Tracks tab of the preferences window) more parallel to the data management table (Data Access tab under main view).

          The Track List table has more functionality than the Data Management Table, so these aren't going to be identical. Tracks should be listed in the same order in both.

          The Track List includes the coordinates axis. (is this desirable?)
          The Data Management Table shows joined graphs as a single track. The track list still lists the individual graphs. (is this desirable?) (issue IGBF-201)
          Track label color (and size) can be changed in the Track List, but the Data Management Table does not have this functionality. (issue IGBF-485)
