Add Joined Graphs to Tracks Tab of IGB Preferences

          Description

          While testing IGBF-201 I noticed that joined graphs don't get added to the Tracks Tab of IGB Preferences (see screenshot). Since graph tracks are included in the tracks tab of IGB preferences, joined graphs should be as well.

          This may be a lower priority though, because there not be many users that actually use the tracks tab of IGB Preferences, but the graphs should still be included here to make this consistent with what is seen in the Data Management Table
