Improve Available Data item selection

          Description

          When the data providers are loaded in Available data section and user wants to select any file from the tree structure of data providers, for ex:
          IGB Quickload --> Chip-Seq --> ARR10 PRJNA263839 --> peaks --> line a1 BA-treated rep1.
          The file (line a1 BA-treated rep1) is highlighted in blue giving an impression to the users that its been selected but selection happens only when checkbox associated with the file is checked by the users.
          So, fix can be as follows:
          When the user selects the file, then the checkbox associated with the file should get checked automatically.

              After looking at the code I realized that there are 2 features - one is just selected a file and the other is loading. So, when a user just clicks on the file - the file just gets selected and when the user clicks on the checkbox the file is loaded.

              So I guess this shouldn't be changed. What do you suggest? [~aloraine]
