Improve Available Data item selection

          Description

          When the data providers are loaded in Available data section and user wants to select any file from the tree structure of data providers, for ex:
          IGB Quickload --> Chip-Seq --> ARR10 PRJNA263839 --> peaks --> line a1 BA-treated rep1.
          The file (line a1 BA-treated rep1) is highlighted in blue giving an impression to the users that its been selected but selection happens only when checkbox associated with the file is checked by the users.
          So, fix can be as follows:
          When the user selects the file, then the checkbox associated with the file should get checked automatically.
