Update tabbed panel display after Open Current Tab in New Window

          Description

          Select Open Current Right Tab in New Window,
          this moves the current genome tab to a new window but does not update the current genome tab in Tabs window. (Which still shows it is at right side instead of mentioning it's in a new window)
