          Description

          IGB does not detect proxy settings (attached), and I cannot follow the trouble shooting described in https://wiki.transvar.org/display/igbman/Unable+to+detect+proxy+setting since I did not download *igb.zip
          I run a 64 bit Ubuntu 16.04 (4gig ram)

                Followed the steps in this (https://github.com/mapbox/mason/wiki/Windows:-Simulate-an-enterprise-proxy-on-a-single-developer-machine) link to create an enterprise proxy server in a development server.

                Note: Your antivirus may need to be disabled.
