          Description

          IGB does not detect proxy settings (attached), and I cannot follow the trouble shooting described in https://wiki.transvar.org/display/igbman/Unable+to+detect+proxy+setting since I did not download *igb.zip
          I run a 64 bit Ubuntu 16.04 (4gig ram)
