          Description

          A user has requested we add potato genome data to IGB.

          FYI: Potato genome project: http://solanaceae.plantbiology.msu.edu/

          Let's add potato to the start screen carousel, which will link to the potato genome.

          For this issue, find an image - it should be open access (no copyright) and fit the specifications described here:

          https://wiki.transvar.org/display/igbdevelopers/Add+new+images+to+IGB+home+screen

          Add it to the repository and add it to the start screen, as well. Place it to the right of the tomato image, but make sure that the Mono Lisa image stays in the center of the screen.

          Please do both in the same commit to allow cherry-picking into the release branch if required.
