          Description

          When viewing soft-clipped reads at the edge of the view, as the user slides the view away from the soft-clips and they should be pushed outside of the view, they are drawn at full length, overlapping the rest of the read. This is an issue with the SoftClippingSeqGlyph class draw logic.
