          Description

          Design and describe the technical workflow of what happens when a user clicks "download" to download and install an IGB App into the IGB platform.

          *Note:* Eclipse Marketplace. To install an App, users click-drag a "download" button/link directly into the Eclipse GUI. This ensures that the platform is running and can therefore receive new Apps.
