Investigate: Edge Matching Pink boxes leaving behind pink impression of blocks when height of track changes

      Description

      Please See Attached screen shot:

      Step to Regenerate issue:
      1. got to Setting at top left corner gear icon > other option stab> enable "Show Edge Matching" (Not Mandatory: select Pink color for quick attention)
      2. Load data we use for smoke testing
      3. Load Data for Bam file, keep track height minimum while loading data.
      4. Select any Read showing edge matching block with start and end highlighted in color selected in step 1.
      5. Now increase the height of track, now you will see that as you increase height read moves downward loosing edge matching colors but also it leaves behind pink block impression while scrolling down.
