          Intro: "Sequence Viewer" - Update documentation

          Reason:
          Screenshots must be updated to ensure that text seen in screenshots matches text seen in IGB (for example the "Edit" menu in the sequence viewer is now the "Copy" menu).
          Some text must be updated as well, including a typo seen in the attached screenshots (notice that "Copy" just reads "Cop").
