Investigate right-bar pop-up UI

          Description

          In place of pop-up menus, we could use a bar on the right side of the page, similar to Google Drive. For example, the user right-clicks on a file, the pop-up menu opens, the user selects Manage Metadata, the pop-up menu disappears, the right-bar slides in with the options for managing metadata.
