Add code repo for current Apps

          Description

          We need to include open source repository information for each of the existing 5 IGB Apps so that we can check that the open source badge will be shown.

          This will require making a new json file with database data.
          We can use the IGB repository for this because all the existing Apps are in the IGB repository.
