Add code repo for current Apps

          Description

          We need to include open source repository information for each of the existing 5 IGB Apps so that we can check that the open source badge will be shown.

          This will require making a new json file with database data.
          We can use the IGB repository for this because all the existing Apps are in the IGB repository.

                I have reviewed the change. Previously coderepo is 'null' now it is 'https://bitbucket.org/lorainelab/integrated-genome-browser'

                Question for Sai Charan Reddy Vallapureddy and Prutha Kulkarni

                Does the json file reference need to reference new locations in S3 for the jar files and media files?
                I am guessing not. My understanding – which could be wrong! – is that Django simply translates path "media" to whatever we configure in the settings.py file for an installation. If yes, that means the json file doesn't need to reference the S3 URL.

                I have deployed the new code (json file) on testappstore but have not re-built the database.
                Sai Charan Reddy Vallapureddy feel free to take over that task if you have some time? Otherwise I will do it later in the day. Just letting everybody know that the testappstore will not show the OSI badge until that is done.
