          Description

          Task: Investigate and brainstorm how the personal genomics data should be shown to the user. Create mockups demonstrating how this would look. See the attached grant for possible ideas.

                This paper talks about "Informing the Design of Direct-to-Consumer Interactive Personal Genomics Reports". This could help us figure out new ways of representing data for our plugin.

                From the initial findings, a personal genomics enthusiast would be interested in seeing and comparing the differences between their SNPs, insertions and deletions. They might also find it helpful if we can redirect them to find meaningful information with respect to those findings.

                As mentioned in the grant, it is a great way to highlight those differences in the form of stack graph.
                We can also show some more information pulled from NCBI and other similar resources in the bottom panel.
