          Description

          Situation: In the BioViz-CyVerse web app, when a user clicks on the View in IGB button, the URL to the public data and any IGB-specific metadata should be sent to the IGB REST endpoint.

          Task: Configure BioViz-CyVerse web app to send the public URL and IGB-specific metadata to the IGB REST endpoint.

                Working as Expected. Moving to Done.
                Steps in Testing:
                ------------------------
                1) Open Integrated Genome Browser
                2) Select any Private file from cyverse page and click on the 'View in IGB' button
                3) An Error Message pops up, since the file is private.
                4) Make the File public by manage link -> Create public link
                5) Click 'View in IGB'.
                6) I can see the file in IGB.
                7) tested across .bam, bed files
