          Description

          Files needs to be updated to incorporate latest improvements to App Store and enable manual set-up of the production environment.

          • Add settings.ini with dummy variables
          • Edit settings.py to indicate different database from development environment
          • update python_packages.txt and ubuntu_packages.txt
          • Create new instructions for deploy to production
