Open IGB console tab in window mode on click of Help>Show Console

          Description

          Currently in IGB platform, available functionality Tabs>Console>window opens the console tab in window mode. Configure the "Show Console" option click under Help to perform same thing.
          Also, unnecessary files/dependences related to old "console-gui" package.

              The code changes are reviewed and it functions as per required. Kindly submit a pull request. Just one question: Can you please tell me why the code changes for IGBF-1930 and IGBF-1864 are in the same branch?

              Shamika Gajanan Kulkarni, previous changes on the branch IGBF-1864 which is also related to the console tab changes were not merged onto the master. So, I continued the development on the same branch instead of creating a new branch for this particular ticket.

              Confirmed: The Console now lets the user scroll to the end of the text printed to the Console. Functional testing passes.
