I have removed the LuceneIndexing folder from tools folder in the IGB codebase. Also, I have changed the http links for maven repositories to https. The code changes are present at:
        https://bitbucket.org/pkulka10/igb_prutha/src/IGBF-1953/

The changes are reviewed. IGB functions properly with all the changes made. Kindly submit a pull request for the same. Thanks

        Steps for testing:
        1) Navigate to the branch IGBF-1953 on my fork.
        2) Check if the tools folder is there in the branch of IGB repo.(It shouldn't be there as I removed it.)
        3) Now, go to downloads section of my fork. Navigate using the links present in the left panel in bitbucket.
        4) Check if the branch installer is there in it i.e. "IGBF-1953.dmg" if it's there then please go ahead and download it to install IGB and if it's not there then please go to "Branches" section. and click on "..." next to branch name "IGBF-1953" and select "Run a pipeline". Select "IGBF-*" configuration and click on "Run". Once that is built, go to download section and download the branch specific installer "IGBF-1953".
        5) Check if the overall IGB functionality is working fine.
