Document how to use Felix Web console during development

        Details

          Description

          Now that we have felix web console added to IGB, we need to create some documentation explaining to developers how they can use it.

          A short version of this should probably get added to the top-level README.md file for IGB.

          A more detailed version (in Powerpoint format?) should probably get added to the appropriate module in the Canvas course (see BioViz.org "For Developers" link).

                I have one question regarding this which is:
                Whenever we are accessing the webconsole for the first time, it prompts you to enter the username and password. Should we mention that also?
                Please let me know the same.
