CLONE - Fix logout page

          Description

          When users logout from AppStore, they see a mostly blank page with a message:

          "You are not authorized to view this page"

          Also, the favicon is not shown.

          To repeat:

          • Visit a test App Store instance
          • Log in using social auth
          • Submit App
          • Accept it
          • Log out

          Observe error message.

          Before testing, make sure you can observe the behavior using a pre-merge App Store.

                Reviewed code - looks fine. I did not test the functionality. I think functional testing can wait until after this is merged.
